Recipe to Success for a great #2016 at your workplace!

With this as a background let us revisit this question once again.: What Are Some of the Must Have Qualities for any Professional?

Being able to #make tough decisions during difficult times even when supported by minimum reliable background information MATTERS THE most in the turbulent times.

This quote sums it up ..."A man would do nothing, if he waited until he could do it so well that no one would find fault with what he has done"

#Listening and thinking over it patiently enabling strategic decision making in the process

Seeking advice from others and #listening patiently to what others say matters a lot.

If a person is surrounded by only people who agrees  approvingly for everything! then the vision of that person is likely to be get blurred.( I like this quote from Herbart Bayard swope ....“I can't give you a sure-fire formula for success, but I can give you a formula for failure: try to please everybody all the time").

What matters the most is encouraging people to talk and take relevant ideas into account while planning the course of action.

#The ability to communicate even the toughest of the decisions in the most convincing manner.

This is absolutely essential . The person must be able to share knowledge and ideas to transmit a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to others. If he/she can't get a message across clearly and motivate others to act on it, then having a message doesn't even matter.

Unless we are able to communicate well we would never be able to take things forward in the best of the interests.

Needless to say one should possess the art of appropriate communication which is going to be one of the greatest tools in his/her armory.

#Change....being adaptable to it :

Adaptable to various changes. While many among us would like to probably stay away from taking this risk, A through professional has to go through the eye of the needle and prove himself/herself  correct by accepting changes in order to bring in greater benefits.

A person need to develop the knowledge of how the external and internal elements are dynamically changing(by insights and observing keenly) and how he/she need to adjust beyond a mere change.

#The most important one: Ability to remain humble under all kind of circumstances

Yes,of course this most important quality is something which need to be cultivated for success by anyone aspiring to become a good professional.

The moment ego comes in the middle, it distances you from others.

A person aspiring to become a successful professional cannot afford to have this costly mistake.

If you want to be successful in your areas of operation whatever it might be you need to be emotionally stable.

Before completing this post, let me add that there could be much more to it than I could possibly mention here in one shot at this point of time ...
